Position Summary:

nThe primary responsibility of the Equipment Operator is to run farm equipment for pen bedding, pen cleaning, manure loading, and snow removal during respective seasons.n

Position Responsibilities:

- Run farm equipment including payloader, tractor, dozer, hoe, grader
n
- Maintaining and cleaning farm equipment.
n

nQualifications:n

n
- Experience running farm or heavy-duty equipment.
n
- Mechanically inclined.
n





nWork Environment and Schedule:nThe schedule for will be;n

8 days on, 4 days off

n

7 days on, 2 days off

n

Schedule may change depending on the season and demands of the feedlot.

n

Terms of Employment and Compensation:

- Permanent, Full Time

- After successfully completing the 3 month probation period, will qualify for benefit package.

- Competitive hourly wage.

- Average 50+ hours per week, 200+ hours per month.
