We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team in this newly added role. Reporting to the Comptroller, this role offers a unique prospect to play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while gaining exposure to senior leadership and Board-level reporting.

What You’ll Do
n· Contribute to the development of annual operating and capital budgetsn
· Maintain and enhance multi-year financial models and forecasts
n
· Monitor budget performance and provide clear, actionable variance analysis
n
· Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
n
· Prepare ad hoc reports to support sound decision making.
n
· Play a key role in month-end and year-end close processes
n
· Support external audits by preparing schedules and documentation
n
· Assist with regulatory filings and funder reporting requirements
n
· Improve and maintain financial models, templates, and reporting tools
n
· Support enhancements to accounting and reporting systems
n
What You Bring
nBachelor’s degree in Finance, AccountingBusiness, Economics, or related fieldn
· 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting
n
· CPA designation (completed or in progress) is an asset
n
· Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office.
n
· Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage or similar ERP systems)
n
· Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
n
· Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance individuals.
n
· Organized, proactive,
and comfortable managing multiple priorities
n
