Housekeeping Attendants ensure hotel rooms are cleaned to the highest of industry standards, ensuring guests are comfortable and satisfied with their experience within their hotels.

Hotel Housekeeping Responsibilities

nHours of work are generally between 8AM and 6PM and include weekends and holidays. The number of hours vary but could be 30-40 hours per week during busy seasonn

Clean each assigned guest room according to industry standard.ie:

n

Emptying trash

nChanging the linens and making the bedn

Clean bathrooms

n

Dusting guest room

n

Vacuuming floor

nClean and check under bedn

Restock cart and supplies as necessary.

n

Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.

n





Hotel Housekeeping Job Qualifications

nMinimum lifting 25 lbs. Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.n

Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching.

n

Exposure to cleaning chemicals.

n

Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.

n

Qualifications and Skills

nExperience is not required as we are willing to train. The successful applicant must be very reliable and adaptable to work additional shifts as needed.n

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

n

Pay: $18.75-$19.25 per hour
