We are currently hiring Operations Runners to support logistics, inventory movement, and food & beverage operations at two major summer sporting events:

nThis role bridges warehouse coordination and on-site event execution, ensuring supplies, equipment, and inventory are delivered where they’re needed—quickly and efficiently.nThis is a fast-paced, hands-on position suited for individuals who are organized, reliable, and comfortable performing physical work both indoors and outdoors.n

nResponsibilitiesn

n
- Transport food, beverages, equipment, and event supplies between warehouse, storage areas, and service locations
n
- Load, unload, and distribute inventory across event sites using carts, dollies, and golf carts
n
- Assist with staging, organizing, and maintaining warehouse and back-of-house areas
n




- Restock hospitality suites, kitchens, bars, and service stations
n
- Support event setup and teardown of operational spaces and equipment
n
- Respond to real-time operational requests from culinary and service teams
n
- Assist with basic inventory counts, stock organization, and FIFO rotation
n
- Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment and navigating busy event environments
n

nQualificationsn

n
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, events, or operations support preferred
n
- Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs
n
- Ability to work extended hours on your feet
n
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
n
- Strong time management and organizational skills
n
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
n
- Golf cart or equipment operation experience is an asset
n
- Forklift or similar certifications are a plus, but not required
n
