Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator (Friday to Sunday)
Friday: 5pm to 10pm
Saturday: 10am to 6pm
Sunday: 10am to 6pm
Todotoronto is one of Toronto's largest things-to-do media channels. We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented coordinator to manage our social presence and own end-to-end creator partnerships and client campaigns, a role that sits at the intersection of content, community, and client success.
Responsibilities
60% — Social media
- Manage day-to-day social presence across TikTok and Instagram
- Build and maintain a social media content calendar
- Research, pitch, and produce content ideas using Canva and CapCut
- Stay on top of platform trends to identify timely content opportunities
- Monitor and report on post-campaign analytics to clients and internal stakeholders
- Write, edit, and publish long-form blog content covering Toronto events and local businesses
- Apply SEO best practices to maximize site traffic and content discoverability
- Research, draft, and curate engaging newsletter content aligned with brand voice
40% — Creator partnerships & campaigns
- Source and vet creators and influencers aligned with campaign briefs and client goals
- Lead outreach to creators — drafting pitches, negotiating terms, and confirming participation
- Build and manage creator schedules, ensuring all deliverable deadlines are met
- Track and manage campaign deliverables from brief to final publish
- Coordinate client approval workflows — routing content for review, consolidating feedback, and managing revisions
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients throughout active campaigns
- Maintain organized records of campaign timelines, deliverables, and communications
What we're looking for
- Enrolled in or graduated from a Canadian university (Bachelor's degree)
- Hands-on experience with TikTok and Instagram — you understand how these platforms actually work
- Prior experience with influencer or creator outreach is a strong asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing communication
- Highly organized — you can manage multiple campaigns and deadlines without dropping the ball
- Proficient with Google Suite, Canva, CapCut, and social media scheduling tools
- Comfortable with content management systems, SEO basics, and a foundational understanding of HTML
- Self-motivated, positive, and proactive — you spot problems before they become issues
- Must be based in Toronto / Greater Toronto Area
