Landscape Maintenance Lead Hand
Three Seasons Landscaping – Ardrossan, AB
Full time | Seasonal (Opportunity for Permanent)
$3,200 – $3,500/month salary

Three Seasons Landscaping is looking for a reliable, experienced Landscape Maintenance Lead Hand to help guide our maintenance crew and keep residential and commercial properties looking their best.

If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in clean, well-maintained spaces, and like being part of a solid, supportive team, this could be a great fit. In this role, you’ll work alongside the crew while helping keep jobs organized, productive, and completed to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the Foreman in leading and organizing a maintenance crew
Performing lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
Hedge trimming and pruning
Garden bed maintenance and weeding
Spring and fall clean-ups
Maintaining a clean, skilled appearance on all client properties
Operating equipment including:
Commercial mowers
Trimmers and blowers
Hedge trimmers
Small engine tools and trailers
Assisting with basic maintenance and care of tools and equipment

What We’re Looking For
2+ seasons of landscape maintenance experience
Experience with commercial lawn care equipment




Ability to help guide and support a crew
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Experience operating a ½-ton truck with trailer
Minimum 3 years continuous insurance history
Clean driver’s abstract
Intermediate First Aid with CPR
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
CSA-approved steel-toe boots and durable workwear
Reliable transportation to Ardrossan (no public transit available)

Schedule
Monday to Friday
7:00 AM start
Occasional weekends during peak season
