Landscape Maintenance Lead Hand
Three Seasons Landscaping – Ardrossan, AB
Full-Time | Seasonal (Opportunity for Permanent)
$3,200 – $3,500/month salary

Three Seasons Landscaping is looking for a reliable, experienced Landscape Maintenance Lead Hand to help guide our maintenance crew and keep residential and commercial properties looking their best.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting the Foreman in leading and organizing a maintenance crew
- Performing lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Garden bed maintenance and weeding
- Spring and fall clean-ups
- Maintaining a clean, skilled appearance on all client properties
- Operating equipment including:
- Commercial mowers
- Trimmers and blowers
- Hedge trimmers
- Small engine tools and trailers
- Assisting with basic maintenance and care of tools and equipment

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ seasons of landscape maintenance experience
- Experience with commercial lawn care equipment




- Ability to help guide and support a crew
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Experience operating a ½-ton truck with trailer
- Minimum 3 years continuous insurance history
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Intermediate First Aid with CPR
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots and durable workwear
- Reliable transportation to Ardrossan (no public transit available)

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM start
- Occasional weekends during peak season
