Minconsult Exploration Services is hiring hardworking individuals for our upcoming remote field season in the Yukon and B.C. This role is dedicated to site preparation and infrastructure support in demanding northern environments. Any prior experience in construction or outdoor physical labour is considered an asset.

Wage Range: $320.00 – 400.00 Per Day (In compliance with the Pay Transparency Act, this range is the employer’s reasonable expectation of pay at the time of posting. Final salary is subject to mutual agreement).]

Rotation & Logistics:

n

n
- Rotation: 28 days on / 7–14 days off.
n
- Accommodations: Provided in a shared, remote camp setting.
n
- Travel: Flights are covered from the point of hire.
n
- Work Schedule: Expect long hours with consistent project work in monderate to extreme outdoor conditions.
n

nJob Duties:n

n
- Site Preparation: Clearing land, digging, and stacking materials for pad building.
n
- Vegetation Management: Slashing and removing identified hazard trees to ensure a safe work zone.
n
- Aviation Support: Assisting with helicopter operations, including rigging and managing loads.
n
- Equipment Maintenance: Safely operating and maintaining hand tools and chainsaws.
n

nRequirements:n

n
- Physical Fitness: Must be capable of heavy labor and working long days in tough conditions.
n
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of and adherence to the Yukon / B.C.



Occupational Health and Safety Act & Regulations, specifically regarding PPE, chainsaw use, and forestry operations.
n
- Experience: Construction or physically demanding outdoor experience is preferred.
n
- Certifications: Valid driver’s license is required; First Aid and chainsaw safety tickets (e.g., BC Faller and Bucking Endorsement) are highly valued. Willingness to obtain is also an asset.
n
- Willingness to participate in a Drug Test prior to employment.
n

- Always conduct work in a safe and responsible manner.

- Participate in all safety meetings and helicopter briefings.
n
- Adhere to all Emergency Response Plans and the right to refuse unsafe work.

- Report any accidents or near-miss concerns immediately.

- Help promote a respectful, safe and cooperative work setting when on site.
