Our team proudly supports major organizations, charities, and high-profile events throughout the city.

We are currently hiring Operations Runners to support logistics, inventory movement, and food & beverage operations at two major summer sporting events:

- RBC Canadian Open in Alton, ON
- National Bank Open in North York, ON

This role bridges warehouse coordination and in office event execution, ensuring supplies, equipment, and inventory are delivered where they’re needed—quickly and efficiently.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position suited for individuals who are organized, reliable, and comfortable performing physical work both indoors and outdoors.

Event Details

- June 8–14

National Bank Open

- Sobeys Stadium (North York, ON)
- August 1–13

Responsibilities

- Transport food, beverages, equipment, and event supplies between warehouse, storage areas, and service locations
- Load, unload, and distribute inventory across event sites using carts, dollies, and golf carts
- Assist with staging, organizing, and maintaining warehouse and back-of-house areas




- Restock hospitality suites, kitchens, bars, and service stations
- Support event setup and teardown of operational spaces and equipment
- Respond to real-time operational requests from culinary and service teams
- Assist with basic inventory counts, stock organization, and FIFO rotation
- Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment and navigating busy event environments

Qualifications

- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, events, or operations support preferred
- Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work extended hours on your feet
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Golf cart or equipment operation experience is an asset
- Forklift or similar certifications are a plus, but not required

Compensation & Schedule

- $20/hour
- Event-based scheduling; full availability
