THE POSITION

nWe are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role working on a variety of job sites across Southwestern Ontario.n

Excavators (mini to 35 ton)
n
Dozers
n
Loaders / Tractors
n
Skid Steer
n
Crushing & screening equipment (asset)
n
Demolition equipment (asset)
n

nWHAT YOU’LL DOn

n
Perform excavation, grading, and site preparation work
n
Operate equipment safely and efficiently on active job sites
n
Read grades and elevations usinglasers and GPS systems
n
Support demolition and crushing operations as required
n
Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
n
Work closely with site supervisors and crew to keep projects moving
n





nWHAT YOU BRINGn

n
Valid AR License (required)
n
Clear CVOR and driver's abstract
n
3+ years experience operating heavy equipment
n
Strong understanding of grading, site work, and excavation
n
Experience with GPS and laser grading systems
n
Experience in crushing and demolition (considered a strong asset)
n
Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
n
Team-first attitude with strong work ethic
