We run a diverse fleet and support a wide range of projects including excavation, site work, demolition, and crushing — and we’re looking for a reliable AZ Driver to support our growing operation.

THE POSITION

We are hiring an experienced AZ Driver (Float / Equipment Hauling) responsible for transporting heavy equipment safely between job sites.

This is a hands-on role — not just driving. You will be responsible for loading, securing, and unloading equipment properly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Safely operate AZ truck with float trailer
- Transport heavy equipment to and from job sites
- Load and secure equipment properly (chains, binders, tie-downs)
- Ensure all loads are compliant with MTO and safety standards
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIR)
- Communicate with dispatch and crews to coordinate deliveries
- Support yard and site operations when needed

WHAT YOU BRING

- Valid AZ License




- Must be 25 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
- Clean CVOR and driver’s abstract
- Proven experience hauling heavy equipment on a float
- Strong knowledge of load securement and tie-down procedures
- Solid understanding of Ontario road regulations and safety requirements
- Reliable, team-oriented, and takes pride in their equipment

SCHEDULE

- Monday to Friday
- Early starts typical (construction schedule)
- Occasional Saturdays as required
