Bloomfield Public House in Prince Edward County is hiring for a talented & committed candidates for Chef de Partie position. Key Responsibilities:

n-Solely responsible for management of your station & MEP daily for servicen

-Adhere to recipes, techniques, & plating as per menu items

n

-Maintain a clean environment

n

-Properly adhering to food safety standards

n

-Ability to work & communicate effectively within the team daily

n

-Stock & manage inventory levels as per station requirements

n

-Write & work from daily prep list to maximize production & organization

n

-Responsible for opening/closing duties checklist

n

-Maintenance of equipment & building - scheduling repairs as needed

n

-Working collaboratively & respectfully with Front of House Staff

n

-Properly setup, breakdown & sanitize assigned station

n

Key Requirements:





n-3+ years culinary experience in full-service credible restaurantsn

-2 year degree or culinary school completion preferred

n

-Red Seal Certified ideally, but not mandatory

n

-Varied experience in different cuisines

n

-High level of reliability & punctuality

n

-Flexible schedule required

n

-Comfortable in open kitchen atmosphere

n

-Must be able to work in a team workplace

n
