Bloomfield Public House in Prince Edward County is hiring for a talented & committed candidates for Chef de Partie position. We are looking for individuals who want the chance to learn & grow within the company. Key Responsibilities:

-Solely responsible for management of your station & MEP daily for service

-Adhere to recipes, techniques, & plating as per menu items

-Maintain a clean environment

-Properly adhering to food safety standards

-Ability to work & communicate effectively within the team daily

-Stock & manage inventory levels as per station requirements

-Write & work from daily prep list to maximize production & organization

-Responsible for opening/closing duties checklist

-Maintenance of equipment & building - scheduling repairs as needed

-Working collaboratively & respectfully with Front of House Staff

-Properly setup, breakdown & sanitize assigned station

Key Requirements:





-3+ years culinary experience in full-service credible restaurants

-2 year degree or culinary school completion preferred

-Red Seal Certified ideally, but not mandatory

-Varied experience in different cuisines

-High level of reliability & punctuality

-Flexible schedule required

-Comfortable in open kitchen atmosphere

-Must be able to work in a team environment
