The Bonnyville Jr A Pontiacs, together with the Bonnyville Minor Hockey Association, is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Coach. In this full time position, you will work closely with the existing coaching staff while leading skill development for the U13AAA team. Your responsibilities will encompass team alignment, player development, and fostering a positive, supportive culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Head Coach with team strategy and success




Lead skill development and player training weekly
Organize off-ice training—video analysis included
Scout opposing teams and structure plans
Promote community involvement and positive culture

Requirements

Minimum Hockey Alberta Coach Development 1 credential
Reside in the Bonnyville area
Enthusiasm for mentoring young athletes
Commitment to team practices and games
Solid organizational and communication skills
