The Bonnyville Jr A Pontiacs, together with the Bonnyville Minor Hockey Association, is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Coach. In this full-time position, you will work closely with the existing coaching staff while leading skill development for the U13AAA team. Your responsibilities will encompass team alignment, player development, and fostering a positive, supportive culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Head Coach with team strategy and success




- Lead skill development and player training weekly
- Organize off-ice training—video analysis included
- Scout opposing teams and structure plans
- Promote community involvement and positive culture

Requirements

- Minimum Hockey Alberta Coach Development 1 credential
- Reside in the Bonnyville area
- Enthusiasm for mentoring young athletes
- Commitment to team practices and games
- Solid organizational and communication skills
