Build authentic and trusting client relationships to determine their insurance needs and provide the best possible coverage, protection, and client service
Develop, mentor, and inspire a team of Insurance Advisors
Meet / exceed sales targets; develop current business opportunities by binding recent policies, securing expiry dates and cross and upselling personal, auto, and commercial insurance products
Collaborate with leaders and colleagues to develop efficient office procedures
