About the Opportunity
Kaiya Construction is hiring a Sales Lead to represent Mojave Osoyoos, our new home development at 4601 97th St. in beautiful Osoyoos, BC. You will be the face of the development - hosting visitors at the show home, building relationships with prospective buyers and brokerages, and helping new homeowners take the exciting step of purchasing at Mojave.
This is a full-time, on-site role at the show home with a competitive base wage plus commission. We are open to candidates new to real estate sales - if you are personable, organized, and motivated, we want to hear from you.
Key Duties
- Tour and host show home visits, providing an exceptional experience for every guest
- Assist with the set-up and ongoing presentation of the show home - staging, signage, displays, marketing collateral, and day-to-day upkeep
- Make outbound calls to nurture leads and follow up on referrals
- Conduct outreach to local and regional brokerages to build relationships and drive traffic
- Plan and organize Open Houses, including dedicated Realtor Open Houses
- Send disclosures, plans, emails, texts, and other communications to clients and prospective buyers
- Prepare, fill, and send purchase contracts to buyers
- Safeguard private and confidential client information at all times
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, showings, and follow-ups in the CRM and other tracking tools
- Manage the show home calendar - appointments, tours, Open Houses, and broker visits
- Prepare, organize, and file sales documentation including disclosures, contracts, deposit receipts, and addendums
- Track and report weekly traffic, lead activity, and sales pipeline to ownership
- Coordinate with marketing, trades, and head office on signage, brochures, and on-site materials
- Order and restock office and hospitality supplies for the show home
- Open and close the show home each day, ensuring it is clean, secure, and presentation-ready
- Handle general correspondence (email, phone, text) in a professional and timely manner
- Other administrative tasks as assigned to support the smooth operation of the sales centre
What We're Looking For
- A warm, professional presence and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with phones, email, texting, and basic office software (Word, Excel, email, CRM)
- Self-motivated and reliable - you will be the in office point of contact for the development
- Discretion in handling private client information
- Reliable transportation to the show home in Osoyoos
- No prior real estate experience required - sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset
What We Offer
- $20.00 per hour base wage PLUS commissions on sales
- Full-time schedule (10 AM - 5 PM, six days per week, Tuesdays off; 37.5 hrs/week)
