Sales Estimator / Project Manager

$45K to $55K base + 15% uncapped commission on Gross Profit

Year 1 OTE: $100K–$135K | Year 2: $145K–$175K | Top performers $190K+

PSI is a full service asphalt paving contractor working in the Shuswap, Kamloops, Salmon Arm and Vernon corridor. We’re hiring one Sales Estimator / Project Manager to generate new business, prepare accurate estimates, and manage projects from award through to final invoice.

This is the right fit for someone who understands how paving and civil work actually gets built, enjoys being in front of clients, and wants to be paid for results.

What you’ll do

- Prospect new business and build relationships with commercial clients, property managers, developers, GCs, and homeowners

- Handle inbound warm leads

- Conduct site visits and take-offs

- Price work accurately in B2W Estimate

- Ensure the CRM is kept current and up to date

- Negotiate scope, pricing, and contract terms

- Provide clean project handoffs, coordinating with our Operations Manager and field crews

- Track progress, costs, and profitability on every job in coordination with our office

- Handle change orders and job costing cleanly

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years in paving or civil construction (foreman, operator, estimator, or sales backgrounds all work)

- Demonstrated sales experience:



prospecting, closing, managing a pipeline

- Strong understanding of construction operations and how an asphalt paving job actually runs

- Comfortable reading drawings, plans, and specifications

- Confident with a CRM, estimating software and spreadsheets

- Self-motivated, organized, and easy to deal with

- Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license

What we offer

- Base salary $45K to $55K depending on experience

- Flat 15% commission on Gross Profit, uncapped, no tiers, no games
