What You’ll Do
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries on coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to achieving agency goals and team success.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously learn in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Preferred Experience:
- Sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail)
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, active listening)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable making presentations to potential customers
- Licensing:
- Property & Casualty license (preferred or ability to obtain)
- Life Insurance license (preferred or ability to obtain)
