Ensure safety at Copper Mountain Resort in Frisco, Colorado, as a Mountain Security Officer. Monitor, respond, and investigate to maintain a secure environment across the resort.
This year-round, full time role involves overseeing the safety and security of both guests and employees. Key responsibilities include patrolling the property, responding to emergencies, and documenting incidents as they occur. You will work closely with law enforcement and fire personnel, executing rapid responses in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol resort grounds daily for unauthorized access
• Respond to law enforcement, fire, and medical incidents
• Investigate vandalism and theft; document for reports




• Support operations at the base and employee housing
• Review CCTV footage during incident investigations
Requirements:
• At least 21 years old; valid driver's license
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Capable of lifting 125 pounds and long periods of standing
• Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred
• Fluent in English and able to work flexible hours
