Job description:

Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeper with additional skills in inventory, purchasing, or technical product support? We’re looking for a versatile team member to join our company, based in Shawnigan Lake, BC.

About the Role:
While this position is rooted in bookkeeping, we are especially interested in candidates who also bring:

- Experience with QuickBooks (or similar)
- Skills in inventory management
- Basic purchasing and procurement experience
- Familiarity or interest in technical product data (training will be provided)

You’ll play a key role in supporting our internal operations, financial records, and product support activities.

Please note: Due to our location in Shawnigan Lake, BC, having a reliable car is essential. We also encourage candidates to consider the commute and local housing availability before applying.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (especially QuickBooks)
- Knowledge of Canadian bookkeeping/taxation standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a small team
- Experience with inventory or product support is a strong asset

- Annual salary: $40,000.00–$45,000.00, depending on experience
