Job Overview
Warman Truss is looking for an experienced and motivated Wall Line Supervisor to oversee and help establish a new wall panel production line. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in framing or prefabricated wall construction who can lead a crew in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Wall Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating daily production, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting your team to operate efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and support a team in the construction of wall panels, frames, and components using nail guns, saws, staplers, and measuring tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, cut sheets, and work orders to ensure accurate production
- Coordinate workflow, material layout, and job sequencing to meet production targets
- Ensure all products meet structural and quality standards through ongoing inspection
- Troubleshoot issues on the line and provide solutions to maintain efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and enforce all safety policies
- Assist with hands-on production as required
- Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding production goals and performance
- Load, band, and prepare finished materials for shipment

Experience

- Previous experience in framing, carpentry, or prefabricated wall construction is required
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience is a strong asset
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production documents
- Strong working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, air nail guns, and saws
- Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs repetitively and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage workflow efficiently
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship




- Forklift certification is an asset but not required
- General knowledge of building materials is an asset

Work Environment:

- Generally loud, dusty and manufacturing setting that requires Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like hard-hats, hearing protection and steel toed boots.

Pay

Competitive, based on experience

Hiring for

- Day Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:00pm
- Evening Shift: Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-12:00am ($1.50/hr shift premium provided)
