The Dr. V.A. Snow Centre is a 50 bed person centered care nursing home located in the beautiful town of Hampton , NB. We are currently seeking qualified individuals to fill casual, non-guaranteed hours.
Qualifications include:
- Applicant must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Have an active registration with the Nurses Association of Current Brunswick.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in Geriatrics/ Long Term Care, leadership and supervisory roles is an asset.
- flexibility to work all shifts inclusive of days, evenings, and nights, holidays and weekends.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent attendance record.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

The successful candidate will be required to successfully complete a medical, criminal record check and Department of Social Development background check as a condition of hire.
Under the direction of the Director of Care, successful candidates will be responsible for actively participating in the planning, organizing, directing, and providing comprehensive nursing and person centered care to our residents in accordance with the philosophy of the Dr. V. A. Snow Centre.
Salary- as per NBNU contract.
