Craft Beer Sales Representative – Gold Rush Brewing Co.

Gold Rush Brewing Co., located in the heart of Madoc, Ontario, has officially hit the ground running. After a strong few months of operations and a full lineup of craft beers now pouring, we are ready to expand our reach—and we’re looking for the right person to help us do it.

We are seeking a motivated, personable Craft Beer Sales Representative to build and grow our presence in restaurants, bars, clubs, and venues within approximately one hour of the brewery. If you’re passionate about craft beer, love meeting new people, and thrive in a results-driven environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Identify, approach, and secure current on-premise accounts including restaurants, bars, clubs, and hospitality venues.
- Introduce our beer lineup to new partners and share product knowledge confidently.

Account Management

- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts.
- Provide outstanding service, regular check-ins, and support to ensure steady sales and visibility.

Brand Representation

- Represent Gold Rush Brewing Co. at events, tastings, and promotional engagements.
- Be a brand ambassador—professional, positive, and enthusiastic about our craft.

Sales Reporting & Tracking

- Maintain sales records, submit weekly updates,



and track progress against goals.
- Provide market feedback to management and collaborate on growth strategies.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales—preferably in beverage, alcohol distribution, or hospitality.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Knowledge and passion for craft beer, brewing styles, and industry trends is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
