The Central Hastings Family Health Team is currently recruiting a Dietitian to join their team. This role will be in partnership between Gateway CHC and the Central Hastings Family Health Team. Both the Central Hastings Family Health Team and Gateway CHC deliver primary health care through an interprofessional team in a collaborative model.

The Central Hastings Family Health Team is a dynamic team of professionals. We are located in the heart of Hastings County with offices in Madoc, Marmora and a satellite clinic in Gilmour. The successful candidate will potentially be working at all sites and on a hybrid remote basis. This is a full time (1 FTE) permanent position.

You will be involved in the health promotion and illness prevention strategies and develop specialized nutrition therapy to address nutrition-related illnesses.

You will be a key member of the diabetes, health and chronic illness management programs. You will work with individuals, families and groups of patients.

You will have a Baccalaureate Degree in Foods and Nutrition. Experience preferred - Inquires from new grads welcome. You will need to be eligible for registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.

Compensation & Benefits include

- $32.35 - $36.62 per hour – 40 hours per week- paid bi-weekly pay period
