REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSETS - TECHNICAL KNOLEDGE AND GENERIC SKILLS

Trade/Degree, preferably in technical, mechanical, or forestry related discipline

- Experience: 4-7 years of supervisory experience in production environment

- Experience in sawmill industry

- Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

- Flexibility to meet changing needs within the business

- Accountable and dependable
