Global Mission of the position
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will work Thursday to Sunday to oversee facility operations and maintenance activities.

Supervise maintenance staff and on-site personnel during weekend shifts
- Supervise and coordinate weekend clean up team
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance
- Respond to emergencies and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Act as the primary point of contact for weekend operations
- Ensure smooth coordination between weekday and weekend teams
- Other jobs and duties pertaining to supervisor related tasks

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSETS - TECHNICAL KNOLEDGE AND GENERIC SKILLS

High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school training preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Proven experience in maintenance facilities or similar role
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an asset
- Basic mechanical or millwright knowledge
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
