Responsibilities

Supportnthe Store Manager in his/her daily work.

n

Beingnthe main responsible for the team, the store and its performance innthe absence of the Store Manager.

n

Drive storenoperations, such as the store setting, retail policies andnstaff administration.

n

Ensure the store'snvisual presentations and merchandising meets companynstandards.

n

Contribute to the store performancenand achieve sales targets, including the creation of new processesnand the implementation of new ideas.

n

Supportnin training and developing the team ensuring individuals have anclear understanding of the Gant goals andnobjectives.

n

Contribute to ensuring constantnteam development through our learning platform, GantnAcademy.
