About Us

nBe a part of a dynamic, fast-growing restaurant group in beautiful Unionville, Ontario, approx. 45 minute drive from Downtown Toronto. We are seeking passionate, personable, team-oriented and driven hospitality professionals to join the teams of both Watercolour, a fast-paced and upscale mediterranean restaurant, and Section, an exclusive, fine-dining steakhouse opening Mid-May. Both restaurants are footsteps from one another, offering the opportunity to work in multiple distinct restaurant environments, with additional scheduling flexibility and security.n

Both restaurants operate with a pool structure for gratuities, ensuring a collaborative work environment.

Expected Hours and Schedule

nWatercolour - open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner typical shifts:n

lunch: 11am to 3:30 pm dinner: 4pm till business decline, closing shifts often conclude by midnight.

Section - Dinner service only, Tuesday to Saturday

nOverview:nWe are looking for Top Tier Bartenders to join our team and help bring these exciting restaurants to the highest levels of Canadian dining. As a Bartender,



you will play a critical role in providing excellent service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.n

Responsibilities

- Create elaborate cocktails for bar and restaurant guests

- Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders
n
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service

- Mastery of the Food and Cocktail Menu

- Strong Wine Knowledge

- Salespersonship

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

- Ability to handle pressure and suppress negative emotion

- 3-5yrs Cocktail Bar experience
n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills

- High level cocktail, spirits and wine knowledge
