Overview The Sales Support Representative will provide dedicated support to the sales team by managing a high-volume, multi-line phone system, coordinating schedules, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation. The role requires a proactive professional with exceptional communication skills, proficiency in multiple systems, and knowledge of POA/HTA processes to streamline workflows and maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

- Provide dedicated support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations

- Manage a multi-line, high-volume phone system, directing calls to appropriate staff or departments

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and client follow-ups

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of POA/HTA documentation and processes

- Assist in preparing and providing relevant information to clients and internal teams

- Support the sales process by ensuring all necessary documentation and communication are accurate and timely

- Ensure confidentiality of all client and company information





- Collaborate with team members to streamline communication and workflows

- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing multi-line phone systems in a busy environment

- Knowledge of POA/HTA preferred

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a quick-paced setting

- Proficiency in multiple systems and software relevant to sales support

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
