Lead Morinville Fire Services as Deputy Chief of Operations & Logistics. This permanent full-time role ensures effective fire service delivery aligned with community needs and safety standards. The Town of Morinville seeks a dedicated leader to oversee fire operations and logistics.

You will manage fleet services, support team development, and act as Incident Commander during emergencies. A key part of this role includes strategic planning to align services with community growth and ensuring compliance with the National Fire Protection Association standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct daily fire hall operations and compliance
- Oversee performance management and team development
- Manage fleet services and preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergencies as Incident Commander
- Prepare reports and budget documentation Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years fire service experience
- NFPA 1001 Level 2 certification required
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Alberta Class 3 driver's license necessary
