We're Hiring an RMT - Haven Holistic Health Clinic Inc. (15 minutes north of St. Albert and Edmonton)

Haven Holistic Health Clinic is looking to welcome another Registered Massage Therapist to our team!

We opened in January, and demand has been growing quickly. Our one and only other massage therapist's schedule is filling up fast, and we are starting to have clients asking for additional appointment availability, so we are looking for another RMT to help take on this demand while also building their own clientele, right in the heart of Morinville.

Morinville is a rapidly growing small town that is only a 15 minute drive from St. Albert, Edmonton, Gibbons, Clyde, Riviere Qui Barre, and Alexander Community. With a growing population said to be around 13,000, Morinville is currently very short on RMTs, making this a great opportunity for a therapist who wants to grow a strong and loyal client case.

Our multidisciplinary clinic currently includes a reflexologist, counsellor, esthetician, and two Reiki practitioners, creating a collaborative and holistic environment for both practitioners and clients.

What We Provide

- 65/35 percentage commission split

- 100% of tips are yours to keep

- massage linens, oils, towel warmers, and table warmers supplied

- onsite laundry (washer/dryer) provided

- plenty of free parking for both therapists and clients

- some social media marketing and promotion included

- full time or part time available, flexible schedule (evenings and weekends preferred)

- direct billing knowledge is an asset, but training can be provided

What You Provide

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs,



including Swedish, deep tissue, or other modalities.

- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to ensure personalized care.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.

- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.

- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend future therapy sessions if appropriate.

- Uphold all health and safety standards in compliance with licensing regulations.

- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity.

Requirements

- Valid massage therapy certification (from Vicars or MacEwan is an asset but not required)

- Any kind of continued training in Brazilian Lymphatic Massage, Hot Stones, Cupping, Aromatherapy, etc. is an asset but not required.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a caring attitude and professionalism at all times.

- Ability to listen attentively and adapt techniques based on individual client needs.

- Prior experience in a similar setting is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.

- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all client interactions.
