In this role, you will serve a critical function reporting to the CAO, delivering high-level legislative support and advising senior administration. Your responsibilities will include triaging executive requests, preparing detailed briefs, and maintaining decision tracking systems. You'll also play a vital role in policy development and ensure legislative compliance through effective communication.

- Triage executive requests for the CAO’s Office
- Create and manage pivotal briefing documents
- Coordinate travel and logistics for the CAO and Council
- Ensure adherence to governance processes and privacy laws
- Facilitate special projects to enhance governance

Requirements

- Two years of experience in legislative positions
- Degree or diploma in Public or Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with municipal elections is a solid asset
- Criminal Record Check necessary
