Position Summary

nPitt Meadows Golf Club is seeking a motivated and reliable Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Employee to join our team for the 2026 golf season. This role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality playing conditions throughout the course. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Superintendent and grounds team to ensure daily maintenance standards are met.n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Mowing and maintaining various playing surfaces including greens, tees, fairways, and rough.
n
- Raking and maintaining bunkers to course standards.
n
- Operating and maintaining turf equipment safely and efficiently.
n
- Trimming and weed-eating around course features, hazards, and landscaped areas.
n
- Manual labor such as digging trenches, sodding, and replacing sand in bunkers.
n




- Assisting with general course setup and daily maintenance tasks.
n
- Identifying and reporting turf, irrigation, or equipment issues.
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and qualified work environment.
n

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Willingness to learn and follow established maintenance practices.
n
- Golf course maintenance experience is an asset but not required.

nWork Schedule Requirementsn

- Early morning starts are required (5am in mid-season).
n
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
n
- Full-time hours throughout the season.
n
