Drive human resources strategy with Aecon's Steam Generator Replacement Team in Kincardine, Ontario. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll support HR functions and optimize workforce performance across the Joint Venture.
This role reports to both the Director of Human Resources and the Project Director. You will collaborate closely with project leadership to develop succession plans, oversee employee relations, and ensure compliance with Joint Venture policies. Your strategic insight will support vital HR decisions and enhance employee engagement across the project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership on succession and retention plans • Develop HR dashboards/metrics for resource planning • Ensure consistent application of JV policies and governance • Advise clients on role requirements and profiles • Manage employee relations issues and conflict resolution
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management • Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience • Solid analytical skills and problem-solving abilities • Working knowledge of Ontario employment legislation • Proven change management and communication skills
