About

- Location: Gloucester, ON
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Position: Permanent and full time
- Division: Piché Wall & Ceiling

Your responsabilities

- Analyze tender documents (changes and addendum).
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing.
- Submit bids and ensure follow‑up.
- Participate in project kick‑off and follow‑up meetings.
- Ensure rigorous follow‑up on submitted bids and participate in negotiations with clients.
- Attend site visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with professionals, general contractors, consultants, etc.

Your profile

- You have 2 to 4 years of experience as an Estimator or in a similar role in the construction industry.
- You hold a College Diploma in estimating, architecture, construction technology, or a related field.




- You communicate effectively in English; French is considered an asset.
- You have a strong knowledge of the construction industry, materials, and field realities.
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and are comfortable reading plans, specifications, and contractual documents.
- You work with rigor and precision, both in calculations and bid preparation.
- You are able to organize your work, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
