The Product Advisor is a customer focused role, showcasing the New Ford product line, as well as pre-owned vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a welcoming environment for customers.
- Working with clients to determine their needs and wants.
- Presenting the appropriate vehicle that will meet the needs and wants of the client.
- Showcasing vehicle features and performance.
- Customer satisfaction follow up and commitment to client relationships.
Key Requirements and Experiences
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills (e.g. ability to use and navigate Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel, and web-based training for CRM software and Ford Portals).
- Social Media Presence and utilization an asset
- Attention to detail
- Motivated to assist others
