We are currently looking for a very self motivated experienced Controller to oversee finance operations in Delhi, ON. This full-time role includes directing financial planning, managing audits, and optimizing financial processes. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of controllership experience, preferably in an agricultural equipment sales business, along with strong Microsoft Office and dealership software skills

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations within finance and accounting department.
- Direct and coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare compliance reports required by financial institutions.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results
- Lead the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and supporting schedules.




- Prepare financial analysis to support contract negotiations, product investment decisions, capital planning, and profitability improvement.
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion
- Manage and monitor foreign currency trading and related risk exposure.
- Oversee job costing, support profitability analysis, and provide recommendations on product selling costs.
- Prepare compliance reports required by financial institutions and external stakeholders, ensuring timely submission.
- Monitor and manage debt levels, banking relationships, and compliance with lending covenants.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including WCB, GST, PST, CRA, audits, and filings.
- Direct and coordinate debt financing activities and debt service payments with lenders and external agencies.
- Improve and optimize departmental and organizational financial processes, policies, and systems to support operational goals.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the executive team.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2+ years of controllership experience.
- Farm equipment industry experience an asset.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- DIS software experience an asset.
- Maintain a valid passport
- Must have a Valid G license or equivalent

Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
