Key Responsibilities:

- Provision of pharmaceutical care.
- Perform prescription verification (technical and therapeutic)
- Conduct medication reviews and complete required documentation
- Identify and resolve drug therapy problems and document pharmaceutical opinions
- Provide immunizations and injections (where applicable)
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to deliver optimal patient care
- Support and contribute to innovative pharmacy services and programs
- Practice to the full scope of practice in accordance with the Ontario College of Pharmacists

Qualifications/Experience:





- Licensed Part A Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (required)
- Authorization to practice pharmacy in Canada (required)
- Community pharmacy experience (preferred, but not required)
- New graduates and interns are encouraged to apply
- Injection certification and CPR/First Aid (required)
