Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team at Hope Centre Health Care Inc., . The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of various health conditions across all age groups. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Experience in a Community settings, and along with proficiency in medical terminology and electronic health record systems such as Accuro . The physician will also engage in data collection, medication administration, and home care visits when needed to ensure holistic patient management.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments across diverse age groups, including pediatrics and adult patients.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, managing pain and providing appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
- Document patient encounters efficiently using electronic health records systems.
- Coordinate with specialists for referrals or specialized treatments as needed.
- Participate in research initiatives or quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes.




- Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication management.
- Assist in data collection for clinical studies or institutional reporting requirements.
- Deliver home visits when necessary to support patient recovery outside the clinical setting.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice.

Requirements

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
- Proven experience in hospital /Community settings or primary care environments.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient care protocols.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems .
- Experience in research activities related to family medicine or primary care is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
- Prior experience in medical office management or data collection is advantageous.
- Knowledge of pain management strategies and home care practices is preferred.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 15 months
