Job Summary:

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, courteous, and timely transportation for hotel guests to and from Calgary International Airport and nearby locations. This role also supports overall hotel operations by assisting the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams as needed, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport guests to and from Calgary International Airport and other designated locations
Greet guests in a friendly and skilled manner, assisting with luggage as needed
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicle (interior and exterior)
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and hotel policies
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
Communicate effectively with the Front Desk regarding shuttle schedules and guest pickups
Provide basic information about hotel amenities and local attractions to guests

Operational Support Duties:
Assist the Front Desk with basic guest service tasks such as deliveries, guest requests, and lobby support
Support Housekeeping with light duties including linen handling, room assistance, and public area upkeep when required




Help maintain cleanliness of entrances, lobby areas, and exterior (including snow clearing or salting when needed)
Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth hotel operations

Qualifications:
Valid Class 4 driver’s license (Alberta) or equivalent
Clean driving record (driver’s abstract required)
Previous driving or customer service experience preferred
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physically able to lift luggage (up to 50 lbs)

Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused
Knowledge of Calgary roads and airport procedures is an asset
Ability to multitask and support multiple departments effectively

Working Conditions:
Combination of driving and on-property support duties
Exposure to various weather conditions
Standing, walking, bending, and lifting required

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
