We are a growing real estate business based in Calgary, focused on delivering strong results through honest advice and client relationships. We work with buyers, sellers, and investors, and generate a consistent flow of inbound leads.
We are looking for a motivated and confident Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to handle lead follow-ups, build relationships, and book qualified appointments.
Your Role
You will be the first point of contact for current leads and play a key role in converting interest into real opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with inbound leads (Facebook, website, etc.)
Qualify prospects based on timeline, motivation, and budget
Book appointments for the Realtor
Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, texts, and emails
Update CRM with accurate notes and client details
Build genuine relationships with potential clients
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (confident, transparent, and natural)
Comfortable making calls daily (this is a call-focused role)
Ability to handle objections and keep conversations productive
Organized and consistent with follow-ups
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset (real estate experience is not required)

Compensation
Base salary plus performance bonuses, or commission-based (structure can be discussed)
