The ideal candidate will be a dynamic,

n

student-centered educator possessing the following qualifications:

n

n
- Proven record of excellence in areas of student competencies, student achievement,nstudent assessment, and responding to instruction and intervention.n

- Consistently models a strong commitment to professional learning and the leadership of a learning community, serving as a role model for continuous improvement in teaching and instruction.

n

- The ability to meet the Leadership Quality Standard.
- Administrative experience will be considered an asset.
- A commitment to working collaboratively as part of the administrative team and actively engaging with staff and parents to foster a positive, unified school community.

n

- Well-developed interpersonal skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Spearhead student leadership opportunities within the school and the wider community.

n

- Assist teachers in the planning and coordination of assemblies.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the importance of community engagement and the ability to foster strong relationships between the school and the broader community,



including coordinating opportunities for classes and the entire school to participate in meaningful service projects.

n
