nTherapy Villa is seeking a dedicated and culturally competent Registered Psychotherapists (Autonomous) or Registered Social Worker. We are seeking a full-time/part-time therapist to provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families with various mental health concerns including trauma, neurodiversity and interpersonal relationship challenges as well as competency in EMDR and somatic modalities in our Etobicoke, ON clinic.n

We foster a warm, supportive environment for clients and staff alike, emphasizing professional development and cooperative care. Our integrative approach includes a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as trauma-informed care, EMDR, somatic therapy, attachment-based, CBT, DBT, MBT, and EFT.

Requirements:

n

n
- Registered Psychotherapist (Autonomous) or Registered Social Worker in good standing with their respective College.
n
- Experience in providing evidence-based psychotherapy treatments to children, adolescents, adults and families.
n
- Training especially in EMDR, somatic therapy and other treatment modalities (e.g. Trauma focused, Cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, psychodynamic, IFS, interpersonal, attachment-based and mindfulness-based therapies).
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
n
- Comfort and proficiency in conducting in-person and virtual therapy sessions.
n
- Availability to conduct in-person sessions during some evenings and weekends
n
- Asset: capacity to perform psychotherapy in a second language.
n

nResponsibilities:n

- Conduct clinical intakes,



evaluations and formulate cases autonomously and in consultation/supervision.
n
- Develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
n
- Provide individual, adolescents, and family therapy sessions in accordance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.
n
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
n
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.
n
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in psychotherapy practices and treatments.
n
