Job Description
We’re looking for a driven Insurance Broker to join our energetic Brampton team. In this sales-focused role, you’ll analyze markets, secure competitive policies, and build long-term client relationships while delivering outstanding service.
Income Potential: $60K–$150K
Benefits: Medical, health, and dental plans available
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: quoting, applications, renewals
- Build and grow a strong book of business via referrals, networking, and digital outreach
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored personal and commercial insurance solutions
- Apply underwriting guidelines for accurate, compliant policies
- Meet monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards
- Deliver exceptional client service by resolving inquiries promptly
- Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills
- Develop and maintain Centers of Influence (COIs) to support lead generation
Skills & Qualifications
- Valid RIBO/OTL license required
- Experience in personal and/or commercial lines is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerBroker and Applied Rating Services experience a plus
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently
- Skilled at building relationships with COIs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
