The Opportunity

As Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving daily sales operations, developing sales talent, and executing proven processes that deliver results. This position is ideal for a disciplined automotive leader who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven dealerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed targets
- Drive daily sales activity, volume, and gross profit performance
- Enforce structured sales processes and accountability standards
- Desk deals, support negotiations, and maximize profitability
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing sales staff
- Track KPIs and coach performance improvements




- Deliver a customer experience that reflects GM and Yellowknife Motors standards

The Ideal Candidate

- Proven success as a Sales Manager or high-performing Assistant Sales Manager
- Strong closing ability and deal structure knowledge
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives
- Natural leader with the ability to inspire performance and accountability

- Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

- Total compensation: $145,000–$175,000+, based on experience and performance
