Demonstrate strong experience managing and consolidating full P&Ls;, including G&A; oversight and cross-divisional performance integration. Guide business decisions through structured financial framing, KPI alignment, and disciplined performance tracking. Develop and monitor enterprise KPIs that drive strategic accountability across departments. Partner with executive leadership to evaluate opportunities, challenge assumptions, and ensure alignment with long-term financial objectives.
Vehicle Pricing, Incentives & Lifecycle Economics Participate in financial governance for vehicle pricing and incentive structures. Demonstrate deep expertise in: Direct and indirect incentives Lease and finance subvention mechanics Retail and wholesale economics Vehicle residual value strategy and depreciation Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program economics Comprehensive understanding of full vehicle lifecycle from a financial lens: Production planning Allocation and wholesale Retail sales Incentive accrual and redemption Remarketing and residual exposure Oversee structured ROI analysis across incentive campaigns and promotional strategies.
