The President of Metro Wallcoverings Business will have full responsibility for overseeing the Metro Wallcovering division, reporting directly to the CEO of Koroseal Interior Products.

This role involves formulating overall strategy, managing personnel, and establishing policies to ensure the division’s growth and success.

The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful leader and confident decision‑maker who helps develop our team, ensures productivity, and drives profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership - Develop and communicate the company’s strategic vision, mission, and objectives.

Lead the team in setting and executing strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth and profitability.





Identify emerging market trends and opportunities for expansion, diversification, and Management - Oversee the management and evolution of the company’s brand.

Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, loyalty, and market position.

Ensure brand consistency across all locations and marketing channels.

Operational Excellence - Drive operational efficiency and excellence across the organization.

Develop and implement standardized operating procedures, training programs, and performance metrics to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
