Superior Hyundai is a fast-paced import dealer that sells and services both new and used vehicles and we are looking for self-starters who will thrive in our dealership. We use a commission-based model giving unlimited earning potential, as well as offer a guaranteed salary and training. Experience in sales is an asset however your potential and attitude are more significant. Candidates that we are most interested in talking with; Can develop prospects by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions. Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport. Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities,
and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services. Complete sales transactions by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts. Provides sales management information by completing reports. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Pay: $75,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
