TRC is currently looking for a reliable, detail oriented, self motivated person to join our Moose Jaw team to provide support in both the office (administrative) as well as in the warehouse.
This individual must be able to work independently with little or no supervision, be flexible, and have strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Administrative duties include general administrative such as answering telephones, filing, processing orders & payments, creating documents, logistics, and customer & sales force support.
Warehouse duties include shipping/receiving, product packaging/manufacturing, and minor maintenance. There is some physical demand required (ability to lift & maneuver heavy items).

Qualifications:
-Minimum 1 year administrative experience working in an office environment
-Sound judgement
-Good written & verbal communication skills
-Excellent customer service skills; able to work well with all types of people
-A strong ability to work with minimal supervision, & demonstrate initiative
-The ability to multi-task, organize & establish priorities while maintaining accuracy & solid attention to detail
-Proficiency with computers, experience with MS Office
-A willingness to learn
Assets:
-WHMIS, TDG, Forklift certification, First Aid, OHS training
-Familiarity with the Lubricant industry
-Experience in a warehousing environment
-Property maintenance knowledge/skills
